The developer of Rocket League Championship Series(RLCS) recently announced the release date of Season 8 is going to launch on October 5, at that time, the best teams from different corners of the world will get invited to join the competition, along with a huge prize pool. Rival Series
Starting from Season 8, the Rival Series will be increased to 10 teams rather than eight by Psyonix, which allows more capable teams to be selected into the matches, and increases the challenge of Rival Series.
After RLCS, six teams will retain their spot in the season, and there is an extra day of playoff this year, which is prepared for the top four teams in RLCS to determine the two teams that will play in the promotion tournament against the bottom two teams of the RLCS. Qualifier Elimination Mode
Instead of wasting numerous hours all day to do some pointless quests in gathering up Rocket League Items, it is better to join the event with your in-game friends to fight for the huge prize pool.
