Which Character And Build The Beginner Should Go For In POE?

In POE, you can hardly do anything until creating a character, who is a player-controlled persona with a unique name, that is, everyone's activities in the game can be replaced by the character, which proves that it is unique, so there is only one character to create in one league.

Crit: It consists of two parts, Critical Strike Chance and Critical Strike Multiplier, which could be used to increase damage to your characters. The former decides if your hit crits or not, while the latter decides by how much its damage amplified.

Freeze: This is a unique skill to prevent enemies from moving or using skills and make them shatter on death, which also disables most on-death effects. And its duration depends on the amount of Cold Damage dealt in a single hit relative to the enemies Ailment Treshold.

Golems: A character could summon a total of 4 golems, and each one of different could grant abuffs while active.

Block: It consists of two types, Chance to Block Attack Damage and Chance to Block Spell Damage, which both could prevent all damage caused by hits.

Hybrid Hitpool: It can increase the hitpool while staying in the upper part of the passive tree, and layer the stun resilience of Life with Energy Shields inherent 50% chance to avoid stuns.

As for mapping, especially with your first few maps, you need to carefully figure out what everything does and how they may affect enemies or yourself.
