Players Are Angry With Fallout 1st Subscriptions, And Bethesda Responded

Earlier we mentioned that Bethesda added a monthly subscription service to the Private Worlds, Fallout 1st, and each of the players paid $12.99 to get the special benefits and conveniences in Fallout 76. After drawing for a few days, Bethesda has received complaints about the service from players, and many fans of Fallout 76 are very angry with Bethesda. Obviously, they are not satisfied with the newly added service, or what Bethesda did was not pretty.

Currently, Bethesda is already working on dealing with these problems, but it might not go well. Quite a few have already accepted the subscription service in order to be able to enjoy the private servers, but it was quickly discovered that even though they have purchased Fallout 1st, they still cannot play games with their friends intimately. That being said, the Private Worlds are not actually private, which was only available to invited guests. Instead, Fallout 1st worlds are currently visible and accessible by anyone on the subscriber's friends list.

Bethesda has realized this point, and the Private Worlds are not what players expect. For example, many players just keep a lot of strangers on their friends list for trading, but they don't want the trading guys hopping into the Private Worlds. Bethesda promised to change it into a system in which the members of Fallout 1st can control the entry of members in the next patch.

Another problem noticed is the scarp box, which was featured to allow the Fallout 1st members for unlimited item storage. But it can't work well, and some players lost the items after they were placed in the boxes, especially when they are trying to access them in worlds controlled by other players.

This brought two consequences, the items that players put into the scarp box were completely loaded into another one world, or the items in the boxes were just a display issue, but they were safe enough. No matter what it is, this is a problem that needs urgent repair.

More seriously, many players accused that the private servers are "private worlds they're accessing are actually being re-allocated from old server instances", that's because they discovered the used-items, dead NPCs, even some looted junk in the servers, which showed that the servers are not new, at least once someone has come to the virtual space.

For players, this might not be the first time to see the bugs in Fallout 76. In the past year, Bethesda has been improving its reputation. As for the subscription service, although it can bring benefits to Bethesda to a certain extent, it may make players more disappointed with Fallout 76.
