It is years because the early access launch of "Path of Exile" but new content just keeps getting dropped. With a massive update on the way to the "Diablo"-like game, old players will certainly reconsider coming back to the experience. This new update should have a new feature that can need players just to capture rather than kill the monsters.
The update, the "Bestiary" update, aptly adds the Bestiary Challenge League, generally why players will should capture monsters. These monsters is going to be stored in a place known as the Managerie where players is going to be able to showcase the truly great monsters they've captured along their journey.
Players can also talk to other non-player characters (NPCs) around the monster they've already captured to find out new interesting information. Those who would like to get better weapons and armor will even do so by sacrificing the captured monster by way of a process called "Beastcrafting." Players sacrifice the beast for other key monster parts.
However, this can not automatically grant the gamer the weapon as another boss will likely be summoned that he/she would need to defeat to have the weapon or armor. According to the patch notes, there are approximately 250 regular beasts and 40 legendary ones intended for capture.
Interestingly, with all the right combination, players will get a possibility to beat a brand new end-game beast which has never been in the experience before. Speaking of which, end-game players can challenge both The Elder and The Shaper simultaneously with this update to check their true skills.
Developers Grinding Gear Games actually provides extensive more content planned throughout every season. According to GameSpot, the sport's lead designer, Chris Wilson, mentioned that they've "got some weird stuff arranged for June, an increased one in September, as well as we're arranging a mega-one sometime in the longer term."
