And more importantly, while this may not be relatable much, his second constellation also got so much stronger since Aggravate damage can be increased with Eelemental Mastery, so getting 200 EM from Kazuha is invaluable not just for him to deal better Aggravate and Swirl damage but also for other Electro or Dendro team mates.
