From July 29 to August 5, All players of RuneScape are allowed to join a voting event, Summer Skill Off, throughout the event, players can earn Skill Off tokens by completing usual tasks around the world and participating in the skilling games in the Lumbridge Crater, and the tokens will become the players' votes to eliminate the least skill and remain your favorite skill.
There are six different skills that have been nominated: Agility, Dungeoneering, Hunter, Runecrafting, Herblore and Cooking.
Handing in skill token at the stations for vote, the way you hand in tokens is by skilling in a given station, this will take 5 tokens per action and provide increased experience rates as well as counting as progress for the event.
At the end of the day, all voting results will be handed in, and then a skill will be eliminated, the players can continue using the skills by the skilling stations but the vote will not be counted any more in the total result.
