With Path of Exile 3.10 Delirium arriving, it has newly added a series of POE Currency and in-game items to combat the danger created by mist and monsters, as a result, the guide is mainly about the use of POE Delirium Currency and Items.

Chaos Orb
This is a unique currency item that is often seen in every expansion of POE, dropping from the monsters and bosses with a very small drop rate.

As the Chaos Orbs are very rare, they are usually placed on rare equipment, so for starters, it is better to trade with others for more suitable currency items after accidentally getting it in the early stage.

Players can use the orb to craft, as it rerolls all modifiers on a rare item, and using multiple Chaos Orbs on a piece of equipment in the hopes of getting a few good modifiers.

Exalted Orb
This is also an extremely hard currency item to obtain, even rarer than Chaos Orb, which usually drops from Arcanist's Strongboxes, which can increase a new random affix to a piece of rare equipment. Simply put, the Exalted Orb can create high-value POE items and balance the in-game economy.

The Exalted Orb is often viewed as a unified medium among POE Currency, with many trade deals listed in the game.

Orb of Chance
This is common but widely-used currency item dropping from various monsters, chests and destructible containers, every 4 Orbs of Chance can exchange an Orb of Scouring, 8 Orbs of Chance is equivalent to one Orb of Regret.

Orb of Scouring
Its use is to remove all modifiers from any POE Items, it is so common to find when Catarina reached level 6, and 2 Orb of Scouring can buy one Orb of Regret.

There are also many common currency items available in Delirium, beyond that, with its release, it added some new items, such as Orbs of Delirium and Cluster Jewel, which will be a prominent feature during the entire season.

More needed currency items can't always be obtained by farming, but you can buy cheap POE Currency anytime, anywhere at MMOAH, especially the very rare Exalted Orbs and Chaos Orbs, as it has sufficient inventory and reliable suppliers.
