The new Festival Playlist will allow players to easily view all of the seasonal content available in the game, such as Forzathon, as well as Monthly Rivals and Online Adventure. It also neatly rounds up your progress and shows all of the rewards that are on offer. To get 100% in the Festival Playlist and win the ultimate reward, players will need to complete seven Daily Challenges and a series of seasonal events per season, as well as qualify for Online Adventure, and complete a lap in Monthly Rivals.
As well as the Festival Playlist, update #7 will include a bunch of bug fixes and gameplay improvements. While the full patch notes are not available just yet, these are the major highlights:
However, you're more likely to be interested in the new achievements. The main game will be receiving 18 new achievements worth 500 Gamerscore. There will be achievements for the three Forza Horizon stories that have been added to the game since its release, plus there will be achievements tied to the Festival Playlist for completing the seasonal content, and two for playing the new free-for-all racing Online Adventure. Some of these achievements are apparently live in-game now, but the rest will be added with next week's update.
