How To Get Tender Dill?

After purchasing and using the Tome, you will be able to access the Legendary node that gives you the Tender Dill. The node itself is located at White Oil Falls in Kholusia, at the coordinates X: 21, Y: 21. The node will only be available at 12 AM and 12 PM. Eorzea for an hour, so be sure to be in position when it's ready.
Your Botanist needs to reach level 80 and has a recommended perception level of 1,440 for effective gather. Once you manage to get Tender Dill, you can start to craft the Defthand's Dissolvent and do your way fairly to get the Aesthete set.
